The Nutrition (only) Package Consultation Process


Before the consultation

You will be asked to complete a confidential nutritional therapy questionnaire and food diary detailing your medical history, medications, supplements, symptoms, diet and lifestyle. It is very important that this is returned at least 3 days before the consultation to allow time for the comprehensive analysis of your case. This ensures you get the best value from your consultation.

Initial consultation

The first session will involve a thorough assessment of your case. We will discuss your wellness goals, health concerns and current lifestyle to work out together which approach works best for you. A manageable number of small adjustments to your diet and lifestyle, to work towards your goals will be recommended at each session. You will complete a food diary each day throughout the length of the package. If appropriate, supplements and functional testing may be recommended at an additional cost.


Follow-up sessions can take place weekly or fortnightly to suit the level of support you require. You may feel you need weekly support at the beginning which could then change to fortnightly once you feel more comfortable with the process. This will include a full review of your programme (monthly), an explanation of test results, adaptations to the plan in light of any difficulties you may have had, and addressing new symptoms or a change in circumstances. Please note that you may see some improvements whilst following your plan however it can take time for the body to adjust.

Where and when?

Consultations are currently available Monday-Thursday evenings between 7:00pm-9:30pm and Saturdays 10:00am-2:30pm by online video consultation in the comfort of your own home.

Consultations are available as a 2 month or 3 month package. Supplements and testing are an added cost at your discretion.
