As a Registered Nutritional Therapist DipION, mBANT, CNHC, I have the nutrition science knowledge to help you support your health with tasty and nutritious food. I can request and interpret lab tests to assess nutritional and functional health status and recommend nutrient supplementation should it be of benefit. 

Efforts to lose weight and/or manage your stress levels can be sabotaged by habits, limiting thought processes and the negative emotions they create. Quite often, due to past experiences, we bury limiting beliefs, fears and emotions in the subconscious, (so we are not consciously aware of them) from where they influence everything we do, and how we think and feel. This includes our ability to be healthy and lose the excess weight. That’s why here at Deborah Lee Nutrition we can use subconscious reprogramming alongside nutritional and lifestyle advice to help you to reach your health and weight loss goals. 

As a PSYCH-K® Facilitator I facilitate YOU to reprogramme any limiting beliefs that might be blocking you from managing stress and/or achieving your weight loss goals. You can have endless amounts of nutritional and lifestyle advice but without the right mindset and belief system you are likely to struggle with sabotaging habits, doubts and even fears. This is in fact a powerful tool that can help to enhance all areas of your life.
